Created to use on a 3/4" PVC Pipe.
Fits - Hogg and Tipsy tumbler openings from 2.9 inch to 3.06 inch. I have also used in the Hogg and Tipsy coffee mugs.
In some cases the insert may fit the Tipsy Shorty and Hogg Short tumblers.
